Pumptracks in Spain: 461 Tracks (…and counting)

Pumptracks in Spain: The Country Going Berserk for Asphalt and Concrete Tracks

If you’re into pumptracks, Spain is kind of going berserk right now. We’ve mapped 461 asphalt and concrete pumptracks across the country on the Trucks and Fins skate map. Yep — all in one place, and you can find them fast: open the map, filter by Pumptracks, and see the full list.

But raw numbers are just the start. Let’s add a bit of context. With around 461 asphalt and concrete pumptracks for roughly 47 million people, Spain has about 9 to 10 pumptracks per million residents. That means there’s roughly one pumptrack for every 100,000 people — not bad at all. In most regions, you’re never too far from your next lap.

Quantity, however, isn’t everything. The next step is to find out how good these pumptracks really are. Spain has been building them fast — but are they built well? That’s where you come in. We’re opening ratings and reviews on our map so people can help separate the smooth, flowy tracks from the ones that could use some love. When you rate, pay attention to the surface quality, flow, progression for different levels, safety, and the overall community vibe. Your feedback helps us highlight the tracks worth traveling for and show builders and city halls what works best.

Leaving a review takes less than a minute. Just open the Trucks and Fins map, filter for pumptracks, pick one, and rate it. You can even add comments about the surface, lines, crowd levels, or anything else that stood out. Every bit of feedback helps skaters, riders, and builders across Spain.

Our next mission is to get photos of all 461 pumptracks. Ideally, we’d love a couple of clean wide shots of the track, and 5 to 10 photos of the track and surroundings. If you’d like to help, send us a DM on Instagram — we’ll give you photo tips, credit you on the map and socials, and add you to our Skatepark Hunters team.

Mapping every pumptrack isn’t just about data; it’s about growing the scene. It helps families and beginners discover safe, fun tracks nearby, encourages cities to maintain and upgrade their spots, and connects communities across the country. The more we document and review, the stronger the scene becomes.

Spain has 461 asphalt and concrete pumptracks and we’ve got them all mapped. Now we want to know what you think. Head to the map, filter pumptracks, and rate a few. And if you want to help us document them all, send us a message. Let’s make Spain’s pumptrack scene as strong in quality as it is in numbers.
