Located in Parque Urbano da Quinta da Marialva, this compact skatepark serves the town of Corroios in the municipality of Seixal. The park provides a straightforward combination of street and transition terrain, with a funbox, manual pad, quarters of different heights, banks and additional obstacles arranged in a compact back-and-forth layout.
The skatepark originally existed before 2024 but was completely rebuilt and requalified by A|Park (the former Academia dos Patins) in 2024. The renewed facility was officially inaugurated on 28 April 2024 and named Skatepark Nelson Esberra, honouring the influential Corroios-born BMX rider who passed away in 2020.
The renovation replaced worn equipment and introduced new obstacles and skatelite surfaces, significantly improving the safety and usability of the facility. A | Park's project documentation identifies the park as approximately 300 m² and confirms the new configuration.
The original construction date of the skatepark has not yet been established, but the 2024 project was explicitly a requalification of an existing facility, rather than construction on a new site.
