Paio Pires pumptrack

The Paio Pires Pumptrack, also known as the Casal do Marco Pumptrack, is a facility located at Travessa José Gomes Cortegaça Junior 10, within the newly developed Parque Urbano do Casal do Marco. Construction of this professional-grade circuit was completed in 2025 as a central component of a larger municipal project to transform over 10,000 square meters of land into a recreational and green space for the Seixal council.

Built by A | Park, the track spans approximately 1,000 square meters and features an asphalt surface, making it suitable for a wide variety of wheeled sports, including skateboarding, BMX, inline skating, and scooters. The design is notably technical, featuring a sequence of berms, rollers, and doubles that make it one of the largest and most sophisticated pumptracks in the Setúbal Peninsula.

Transport & Accessibility

Bus: The park is situated immediately adjacent to the N10 (Estrada Nacional 10), a major artery with several bus stops nearby. The Carris Metropolitana lines connecting Seixal, Paio Pires, and Coina provide frequent service to the area.

Car: Access is very straightforward via the A2 motorway or the N10. The urban park includes dedicated public parking areas to accommodate visitors arriving with gear.

Amenities: As a modern 2025 facility, the track is equipped with night lighting, enabling sessions after sunset. The surrounding park offers maintenance circuits, walking paths, and shaded leisure zones.
