Paio Pires skatepark

Located at the intersection of Rua Jorge Loureiro dos Santos and Rua José de Castro, Paio Pires Skatepark is a compact concrete facility with an unconventional layout. Rather than following a conventional street or bowl design, the park combines banks, ledges and transition elements into a relatively organic riding area.

The park has a distinctive experimental character, with the concrete forms creating several different lines across the relatively small space. Its unusual geometry gives it more of a local street-spot feel than a conventional municipal skatepark.

The exact construction date and builder remain undocumented in the reliable sources I could locate.
