Located beside the Municipal Swimming Pool on Avenida Bento Gonçalves in Barreiro, the Rampa Gasoline is a wooden mini-halfpipe overlooking the Tagus River and Lisbon. The compact transition setup provides a simple but distinctive place for local riders to practise miniramp skating, with its riverside location giving the spot a particularly scenic character.
The ramp was reconstructed by Gasoline – Associação Cultural e Desportiva with support from the Municipality of Barreiro and officially inaugurated on 23 March 2013 during a skate competition organised by the association. Gasoline restored and improved the existing mini-halfpipe, including painting and structural work intended to increase its durability.
The facility has remained an important local skate spot, with Gasoline continuing to organise skate events and activities around the ramp. In 2021, the Municipality of Barreiro provided further financial support for its requalification, including new timber suitable for outdoor use.
