Located beside the municipal swimming pools in Vila Beatriz, the Ermesinde Skatepark is a concrete facility combining street and transition skating. The layout features a bowl, quarterpipes, banks, wallrides, manual pads, ledges and rails, creating a compact but varied selection of lines for different levels of riders.
The skatepark was designed and built by SKATELOPEZ in 2011 and was officially inaugurated on 19 June 2011. The facility forms part of the wider Vila Beatriz sports and leisure area, alongside the municipal swimming pools and other recreational facilities. Its combination of street obstacles and transition features makes it suitable for skateboarding, BMX and inline skating.
