Skur 13 is a 1,500 m² indoor skatepark located inside a former harbour warehouse at Filipstad in Oslo, Norway. The skatepark was built specifically for X Games Oslo 2016 and opened to the public on 13 April 2016, after hosting the world's best skateboarders during the X Games earlier that year. The park features a large street-style layout with banks, quarter pipes, stairs, rails, ledges, flat rails and a brick pyramid. A mini ramp and spine ramp were later added to the facility. The park is primarily constructed from concrete, with some wooden additions.
