Built by A|Park (the former Academia dos Patins) in 2025, Lourosa Skatepark is a modern modular facility located within Parque da Cidade de Lourosa, Santa Maria da Feira. The park combines transition and street elements, including a quarter pipe, bank, funbox, ledge, manual pad and flat rail, creating a compact layout suitable for different levels of skating.
The project was commissioned by the Municipality of Santa Maria da Feira, with the public contract for construction awarded to APSKATERAMPS in February 2025 for €29,175. This provides direct confirmation of the builder rather than an attribution based only on the appearance of the ramps.
The new skatepark forms part of the municipality's broader investment in sports and recreational facilities at Parque da Cidade de Lourosa. The completed facility was being documented as a new skatepark by July 2025.
