Located at Rua Dr. Fernando Travassos 196, within the town’s primary sports and education hub, the Ansião Skatepark has undergone a total evolution. Originally a basic plastic modular park with a "back-and-forth" layout, the site was completely reimagined in 2025. The municipality commissioned the renowned builders at Wasteland skateparks to replace the aging ramps with a permanent, high-performance concrete facility. The new design moves away from the restrictive modular setup of the past, opting for a custom-flow plaza that integrates transition and street elements into a seamless concrete landscape. The park is strategically placed near the Centro Escolar de Ansião and the Municipal Sports Pavilion, making it a central social hub for the town's active community.
Car: Located right off the IC8, making it a perfect "mid-way" stop for skaters traveling between the coast and the interior. There is ample parking adjacent to the sports complex.
