Ahousaht Skatepark is a community skatepark in Marktosis 15, the remote Ahousaht First Nation community on Flores Island, British Columbia. The park was created to give local children and young people a safe place to skateboard, following a grassroots skateboarding programme that began in Ahousaht in 2013.
The project was supported by Get on Board, Vancouver-based board company Landyachtz, the Ahousaht Council and community fundraising. After fundraising reached its goal, a groundbreaking ceremony was held in October 2016, with the park expected to be completed and opened in spring 2017.
