Situated along the waterfront in Hamina, the Tervasaari Skatepark offers a premium 600-square-meter concrete playground custom-built for local riders and visiting skateboarders alike. Designed in close collaboration with the Finnish Skateboarding Association and brought to life by the specialized builders at Concreteproof, the park seamlessly merges deep transitions with street-level obstacles to accommodate a wide variety of riding styles and skill levels.
At the heart of the facility sits one of the largest concrete pools in Finland, featuring smooth transition curves that scale from just under two meters to dramatic heights over 2.5 meters. This centerpiece includes a classic spine topped with a custom loveseat feature, offering plenty of lines for experienced transition skaters looking to carve or air. Flanking the bowl is a highly functional street section packed with crisp sliding rails, manual pads, and grind boxes structured to maintain a natural, fluid flow across the park. Built with the support of local earthmoving and metalwork subcontractors, Tervasaari Skatepark stands as a durable, heavily utilized community hub that continues to draw riders from across the region every season.
