Trucks and Fins is a huge present to the whole skate community - not just for the skating people, but also for shops, builders and schools. Super easy to use and can't believe how complete it is.

820 Community Cir Drive, Schertz, Texas 78154, United States of America.
The City of Schertz, Texas Skate Park was developed in close collaboration with the community, marking the first phase of a multi-phase project. From the outset, it was clear this skatepark would reflect the unique character of Schertz while being built with future growth in mind. In the fall of 2013, local skaters and community members identified their top priorities—most notably, the need for ample flat ground terrain to support technical, street-style skating. The long-term plan to add additional phases as funding becomes available was central to the park’s development strategy.
The skatepark’s three concentric circle layout encourages natural traffic flow, especially during peak use times. A custom “Z”-shaped ledge feature serves as a subtle nod to the “Z” in Schertz, giving the park a unique, local identity. At the center of the park, a flat rail offers generous approach and run-out space, while a multi-level manual pad zone provides endless possibilities for manuals and flip trick combinations. SPA Skateparks was proud to once again serve as General Contractor for this design-build project, working alongside long-time collaborators New Line Skateparks, who served as design consultants. SPA delivered a turnkey solution, which included site selection assistance, facilitation of public design meetings, presentation of conceptual designs, and preparation of sealed construction documents.
From start to finish, SPA Skateparks’ professional construction crews handled all phases of the build, coordinating with the City’s inspection department, a third-party materials testing firm, and various material vendors to ensure quality and precision. The result is a dynamic and functional skatepark tailored to the needs of Schertz and ready to evolve with the community.
