It is situated in the city of Neuquén, Argentina, specifically at the intersection of Calle San Martín and Calle El Cholar, right alongside the railway tracks.
This concrete facility serves as a major recreational hub for the western district of Neuquén City. The park features a street-style design with a variety of obstacles, including ramps, quarters, rails, and stairs. As it was the first official skatepark built in the city, it holds significant cultural value for the local community, providing a safe, dedicated space for skateboarding and BMX.
