Located in the centre of Sagres, beside the local tourism office and overlooking Praia da Baleeira, the Sagres Skatepark is a compact 300 m² wooden facility with a distinctive setting on the Algarve coast. The park combines a miniramp with a small selection of street obstacles, providing a simple layout that is particularly suited to beginners and casual sessions.
The skatepark was built by A|Park (the former Academia dos Patins) in 2018 and is located in the heart of Sagres, surrounded by local shops and just a short distance from the town's beaches and famous surf spots. Its elevated position provides riders with views towards the Atlantic and Baleeira area, making it one of Portugal's more scenic small skateparks.
The compact layout is primarily focused on transition skating around the miniramp, with additional street obstacles providing a few basic lines for progression. Its combination of skateboarding and surf culture makes it a natural meeting point for riders visiting Sagres.

Sagres deserves a concrete bowl and decent park. The park is good enough, but the location deserves more.

A location like this deserves a concrete park with a nice bowl!! Imagine skating a bowl with a view like that to skate after surf. But still is a fun miniramp and cool vibe every time I have been there.
