Located beside the local multi-sport complex in the small village of Barão de São João, in the municipality of Lagos, this compact modular skatepark provides a dedicated space for the local skateboarding community. The layout combines a miniramp with a selection of basic street and transition obstacles, including a quarterpipe, bank, manual pad, handrail, flat rail, pole and roll-in.
The skatepark was built by A|Park (the former Academia dos Patins)) and forms part of the Recinto do Polidesportivo in the village. The facility was already established by the time of the municipality's 2016–2021 sports development plan, although the exact construction and opening date has not yet been identified in reliable public records.
Despite serving a village of fewer than 1,000 residents, the park provides a valuable local space for skateboarding and wheeled sports and remains one of the smaller skate facilities in the Lagos municipality.
