Lejano Oeste skatepark is a concrete park featuring a miniramp and small street section. The skatepark at Mendoza 6201 (S2008) in Rosario is located at the intersection of Calle Mendoza and Calle Magallanes, in the heart of the city's western district.
This facility is widely known by the community as Skatepark Lejano Oeste (Far West Skatepark). It was inaugurated in 2014 as part of a municipal effort to provide high-quality sports infrastructure to the local neighborhoods. The park features a "bowl" or "pool" style transition area along with several street elements such as ledges, curbs, and flat rails, all constructed with polished concrete to ensure a high-performance surface for skateboarding, BMX, and inline skating.
The site serves as a vital social and sporting hub for the Barrio Belgrano and surrounding areas. In addition to being a popular spot for free recreational use, it frequently hosts municipal skate school clinics and local urban culture festivals. Its location on Mendoza, one of Rosario's primary commercial arteries, makes it easily accessible via numerous public transport lines.
