Located in the Parque Radical de Belmonte, this distinctive concrete skatepark is one of the most unusual facilities in Portugal. The park features a large bowl, fullpipe, cradle, hubbas and ledges, with an unconventional layout that creates challenging lines for experienced skaters. Its combination of deep transition and unusual concrete features gives the park a character rarely found in Portuguese skateparks.
The park was designed by architect Carla Mascarenhas and was inaugurated on 26 April 2011. Contemporary reports described it as a new and innovative Parque Radical for Belmonte, with a design that deliberately moved beyond the standard skatepark layouts common in Portugal. The original construction company has not been reliably identified.
