Trucks and Fins is a huge present to the whole skate community - not just for the skating people, but also for shops, builders and schools. Super easy to use and can't believe how complete it is.

The Vanderhoof Skatepark, located at 466 Stewart Street East in Vanderhoof, British Columbia (V0J 3A0), is a highly utilized 7,300-square-foot facility that serves as a modern action-sports hub for this northern community.
This project was both designed and constructed entirely by New Line Skateparks. The District of Vanderhoof officially awarded them the full-service design-build contract in 2018, and they utilized their own specialized concrete crews to complete the build, officially opening the park in the fall of 2019.
The design is a highly efficient "neighborhood-plaza" hybrid, proving that you don't need a massive footprint to offer diverse terrain. The layout features a flowing mix of low-level transition elements, including bumps, banks, and rollers that allow riders to pump and maintain momentum. This transition perimeter complements a distinct and technical street section right in the center. The street obstacles include a signature 5-stair set, a down hubba and rail, a manual pad, various ledges, and a flatbar.
The park is strategically situated right across from the Vanderhoof Arena and the Vanderhoof Aquatic Centre, forming a massive centralized recreation hub for the town. Interestingly, the area is still growing—the District recently broke ground on a brand-new asphalt Pump Track right next to the skatepark, which is slated for completion in the spring/summer of 2025. Today, the Vanderhoof Skatepark is celebrated as a massive community win, providing a safe, permanent, and high-quality space for local youth.
