The Grind Skate Park is a military-community skatepark located on Naval Air Station Whidbey Island in Oak Harbor, Washington, at the corner of Intruder and Princeton Streets. The park features a half pipe, quarter pipe, grind box, pyramid and stairs, providing a compact mix of transition and street-style obstacles. The facility is located across from the base chapel and is open daily from dawn to dusk. Helmets, knee pads and elbow pads are required, while bicycles and scooters are prohibited within the designated skating areas. As a facility on a U.S. Navy installation, access is associated with the military community rather than being a standard public municipal skatepark.
