Stavanger Skatehall, also known as Paradis Skatehall, is an indoor skatepark located on Paradisveien in Stavanger, Norway. The hall has been operated by Stavanger Skateklubb, one of Norway’s oldest skate clubs, which was founded in 1996 and has operated an indoor skate facility in Stavanger since 1999. The current hall at Paradis was established in a former freight terminal and has served as a temporary indoor facility while Stavanger has worked towards developing a new permanent multi-purpose skate and activity hall. The facility provides year-round shelter from Stavanger’s often wet weather and is used for organised sessions as well as informal skating.
The hall is primarily operated for members of Stavanger Skateklubb, although visitors and people trying skateboarding for the first time can also use the facility under the club’s current arrangements.
