Trucks and Fins is a huge present to the whole skate community - not just for the skating people, but also for shops, builders and schools. Super easy to use and can't believe how complete it is.

1 Station St, Saint John, NB E2L 5G5, Canada
The Station One Skatepark in Saint John, New Brunswick, is a landmark 18,000-square-foot facility that serves as a cornerstone of the city’s waterfront revitalization. Located at 1 Station Street, the park was designed by New Line Skateparks and built by New Line skatepark in 2022. It was a key component of the "Central Peninsula" renewal project, designed to replace older facilities with a world-class, multi-generational hub that reflects the industrial and maritime heritage of Canada’s oldest incorporated city.
The design is a sprawling "hybrid" landscape that masterfully integrates rugged transition features with a sophisticated street plaza. The park is anchored by a massive, custom-shaped bowl complex featuring varied depths and extensions designed for high-speed lines. This transition zone flows seamlessly into an expansive street section that mimics urban architecture, offering granite-capped ledges, technical manual pads, "slappy" curbs, and diverse rail configurations. A defining architectural highlight is the use of integral colored concrete and industrial-style metalwork, which pays homage to the site’s proximity to the rail lines and the Port of Saint John.
Beyond the riding surface, Station One was designed with an "open-concept" philosophy to ensure it functions as a vibrant public space for all residents. The facility features integrated seating blocks, landscaped "green breaks," and high-visibility spectator zones that encourage social interaction. The construction utilized specialized concrete mixes to ensure durability against the Atlantic coast's salt air and harsh freeze-thaw cycles. Today, Station One stands as one of the premier skatepark developments in Atlantic Canada, recognized for its exceptional scale, inclusive design, and its role in fostering a safe, active community in the heart of Saint John.
