ABOUT SKATEPARK

Sprinker skatepark

Sprinker Skatepark, officially known as the Harold E. LeMay Skateboard Park, is one of the largest all-concrete skateparks in Washington State. Located within the Sprinker Recreation Center in Tacoma, Washington, the park was designed with input from local skaters and opened on October 29, 2005. Its expansive layout combines large transition features with technical street elements, making it suitable for every skill level. The park's size and variety allow riders to link long lines while accommodating skateboarders, BMX riders with 20-inch bikes, scooters, and inline skaters. Located within the Sprinker Recreation Center complex alongside sports fields and other recreational facilities, the skatepark remains one of the premier destinations for transition and bowl skating in the Pacific Northwest.
