Sheshi Pavarësia Skatepark is located at Sheshi Pavarësia (Independence Square) in the Skelë district, Vlorë, Albania. Set along the coastal boulevard near the Port of Vlorë and the National Museum of Independence (Muzeu Kombëtar i Pavarësisë), the park forms part of a major public square. The outdoor concrete site is completely free to enter, un-gated, and accessible to the public 24/7 year-round. Pavaresia skatepark is a concrete park made up of an open bowl connected to some street obstacles. The skatepark has lights, so good spot for late night sessions.
