Edgeside Park Skatepark is located at 1 Crabtree Avenue, Rossendale, BB4 9TE, United Kingdom (situated within Edgeside Park in the Waterfoot area of Rossendale). Bounded by Crabtree Avenue and Booth Crescent, the park rests on a hillside surrounded by scenic Pennine moorland views. The skatepark and pump track facility is free to enter, outdoors, and accessible to the public year-round during standard park visiting hours. Rossendale skatepark is a concrete park made up of several basic obstacles in a back and forth setup.

Edgeside Park offers a range of recreational facilities alongside the wheeled sports area, including a children's playground, a multi-use games area (MUGA), open green space, and picnic seating. While there is no dedicated on-site car park directly inside the park grounds, visitor parking is available along adjacent residential streets like Crabtree Avenue or in nearby public council car parks in Waterfoot. Local bus services operate along nearby main thoroughfares connecting the park to Waterfoot, Rawtenstall, and Bacup.

The area surrounding Edgeside Park has a rich industrial history tied to 19th-century quarrying and manufacturing, with the park footprint expanding over time as the neighborhood developed. In recent years, Rossendale Borough Council, working alongside community organization Proffitts – Investing in Communities, invested heavily to modernise the park's leisure facilities. Following the addition of an asphalt pump track by Velosolutions, a brand-new, modern concrete skatepark designed by Canvas Spaces was built to replace outdated equipment. Supported by the FCC Communities Foundation, the upgraded wheeled sports area serves as an inclusive, active hub for local skaters, BMX riders, and scooter users of all abilities.
