Built by Velosolutions in 2024, Póvoa de Santa Iria Pumptrack is a modern asphalt facility located beside Praia dos Pescadores in the town's riverside recreational area. The circuit features two difficulty levels, making it accessible to beginners while providing more challenging lines for experienced riders.
The project was developed as part of the municipality's investment in the Póvoa de Santa Iria riverside area, with construction costing approximately €127,883.51 plus VAT. The official opening took place on 20 December 2024, making it one of the newest major pumptracks in the Lisbon region.
The facility has already attracted competitive events, hosting the 2025 Portuguese National Pump Track Championships in October 2025.
