Located inside Parque Recreativo dos Moinhos de Santana in western Lisbon, this small skate spot has been part of the park since it opened to the public in 1997. The original recreational complex was designed around the historic Moinhos de Santana windmills and included a dedicated skate circuit alongside a roller-skating rink, fitness circuit, playground and other leisure facilities.
Today, the skate area is a compact setup featuring a wooden miniramp and a DIY quarterpipe, offering a simple place for local riders to practise transition skating.
Set among the five hectares of Parque Recreativo dos Moinhos de Santana, the spot has a particularly scenic setting, surrounded by mature vegetation and the historic windmills, with views across Lisbon and the Tagus. The park remains one of the city's longstanding recreational spaces and continues to list skateboarding among its facilities.
