Built by A|Park (the former Academia dos Patins) in 2023, Mafra Skatepark is one of the largest and most complete skateparks in Portugal, covering approximately 1,650 m² inside the Parque Desportivo Municipal de Mafra. The park was officially inaugurated on 4 March 2023 and was developed to accommodate skateboarding, BMX and inline skating at all levels.
The layout is divided into three distinct zones: an advanced bowl, a medium-to-advanced jump section, and a technical street area suitable for all levels. The park features a wide variety of obstacles including spines, jump boxes, quarters, pyramids, curbs, soap boxes, banks and street features, creating numerous lines across the large footprint.
Set within the 22-hectare Parque Desportivo Municipal de Mafra, the skatepark benefits from a huge range of surrounding facilities including swimming pools, tennis courts, football pitches, a bike park, fitness areas, cafés and free parking. The park also has automatic night lighting, allowing sessions to continue after dark.

Nice park in a beautiful setting located in a sports complex with loads of other infrastructures on site: swimming pool (indoor/outdoor), tennis fields, bike track, football field...). Dig the bowl.
