The King George V Skatepark is located at Custom House, King George Ave, London E16 3HR, United Kingdom(situated within King George V Park in Beckton, London Borough of Newham). Designed and constructed by specialist builder Betongpark, the street-focused spot officially opened in 2024.
Built over a former tarmac site, the park offers a plaza layout heavily inspired by authentic street spots. At its core is a central concrete driveway surrounded by blended flat bank and quarterpipe hips. The layout features real street elements spread around the perimeter—including CLINKER slappy kerbs, a bespoke steel jersey barrier, custom steel rails, two-tier ledge and manual pad combinations, and a granite wallie block over smooth, newly laid asphalt.
Positioned in the heart of Custom House, the park sits close to ExCeL London, a major international exhibition and convention center set along the Royal Victoria Dock. Just across the water lies the IFS Cloud Royal Docks Cable Car, providing elevated scenic transport over the River Thames toward the Greenwich Peninsula and the O2 Arena.
