Located at 1740 Maurine Street, Wichita Falls, Texas 76306, this 13,000-square-foot outdoor concrete facility is situated right between I-44 and the Sheppard Access Road. After years of local advocacy, the park broke ground following public design meetings and officially celebrated its grand opening in July 2008. It was constructed by the legendary crew at Grindline Skateparks.
The absolute highlight for transition riders is a massive multi-depth bowl system that drops from 6 feet down to 10 feet deep. It features smooth pool coping and an integrated, over-vertical 3/4 pipe structure that allows advanced riders to pump for incredible speed or blast massive overhead transfers.
Unlike many municipal parks, this spot is fully equipped with excellent floodlights and features incredible operating hours—open daily from 8:00 AM to Midnight. This midnight cutoff is highly valued by Texas skaters looking to escape the brutal midday summer heat.
