The Unquillo Skatepark, situated between Esteban Echeverría 102 and 300, is a purpose-built concrete facility that serves as a central hub for the urban sports community in the Sierras Chicas region. Located just a few blocks from the town's main commercial area, this park is designed to accommodate both transition and street skating styles. It is built with high-resistance polished concrete, ensuring the durability needed for the constant use of skateboards, BMX bikes, and rollerskate wheels.
The layout is centered around an open bowl and a mini-ramp, providing essential vertical terrain for transition riders. Surrounding these features is a versatile street section that includes a funbox, manual pads, a handrail, and multiple ledges and banks.
Transport & Accessibility
Bus: The park is exceptionally well-connected, located just 300 meters from the Terminal de Ómnibus Unquillo. This terminal serves major regional lines like Intercórdoba and Fono Bus, which connect Unquillo to Córdoba City and other towns in the Sierras Chicas.
Parking: Ample street parking is available along Esteban Echeverría and the surrounding blocks.
Walking: Its proximity to the municipal building and the main town square makes it easily reachable on foot from anywhere in the central district.
