Tiranë skatepark features a concrete open bowl. This park is super fun! It is awesome for progressing your transition / mini ramp tricks. The slope is mellow and very forgiving. The coping is nice and grinds well. The ramp itself is pretty slick but you'd rather have it fast than crusty. There are even lights for night sessions. I visited here a few times in Tirana and never encountered another skateboarder, just kids using the park as a slide.
