The Tierras Altas Skatepark (officially part of the Plaza Santo Cura Brochero) is a vital neighborhood spot located in the Malvinas Argentinas district. Inaugurated in late 2017, it was built into what is considered the largest public square in the Tierras Altas locality, serving as a key recreational space for the surrounding Tortuguitas and Grand Bourg communities.
Located at Cura Brochero 2933, this skatepark was born out of a direct request from the local youth during the transformation of a formerly vacant lot into a massive multi-sport plaza. It is a "social park" in the truest sense—integrated into a landscape that includes football pitches, playgrounds, and an amphitheater, making it a high-energy gathering point for the neighborhood’s urban sports scene.
The park is located directly in front of the Tierras Altas train station and features 24-hour security presence, making it one of the safer public spots in the area.
