Trucks and Fins is a huge present to the whole skate community - not just for the skating people, but also for shops, builders and schools. Super easy to use and can't believe how complete it is.

Tarnos Skatepark, also known as Skatepark de la Baye, is a 1,200 m² concrete skatepark in Tarnos, Landes, located in a wooded area near the local lycée. It is regarded as the first concrete skatepark in the Landes and has been progressively developed and improved since the early 2000s.
The park's history is closely connected to the local skateboarding community. In the early 2000s, skaters from Tarnos formed the Anticyclone association and initially built their own ramps. The municipality subsequently provided a dedicated site where the community could develop the facility. The original concrete double bowl was built in 2004 by Concrete Waves, followed by a 200 m² concrete double snake run in 2009, also constructed by Concrete Waves.
The park was substantially renovated in 2016 through a collaborative project between the municipality and local skaters from the NoStar association. The skaters themselves developed the plans, with the renovation adding a pyramid, volcano and curb, replacing the old asphalt flat area with smooth concrete and improving the existing snake section. The municipality allocated approximately €39,000 to the project.
Today, the park combines two bowls, a mini ramp, quarters, banks, rails and a distinctive double snake run, with the adjacent BMX area adding to the site's wider wheeled-sports facilities. Its evolution from a community-built spot into a permanent concrete park makes Tarnos an important part of the skateboarding history of the Landes.
