Steve Bikoplein skatepark is a new compact concrete skatepark in Nijmegen, located next to Steve Bikoplein in the Dukenburg district. The park replaces the former skate facility, which was removed after safety issues were identified. The new park was developed by the Municipality of Nijmegen in consultation with the local skate, BMX, inline and scooter communities.
The new skatepark was designed and built by Mud Crew. Its distinctive triangular layout makes surprisingly efficient use of the relatively small site, creating a variety of flowing and technical lines. The design includes elements for both beginners and experienced riders, with a smooth concrete surface and several original obstacles characteristic of Mud Crew's recent work.
The park is part of a wider programme by Nijmegen to renew its skate facilities, with Mud Crew also involved in the renovation of the skatepark at Julianapark and the development of a new skatepark in Nijmegen-Noord. The skatepark opened in 2026.
