Located at 1631 Dana Avenue inside Thorne-Rider Park in Sheridan, Wyoming, the Sheridan Community Skate Park provides local and regional riders in Sheridan County a place to ride. The park is made up of a mix of transition and street elements. Established in the late 1990s as a joint effort by the Sheridan Recreation District, the City of Sheridan, and local community sponsors, the park was built to give area youth a dedicated space for skateboarding, inline skating, BMX riding, and scootering. The skatepark sits in the west section of Thorne-Rider Park, offering convenient access to nearby community pathways, athletic fields, and park amenities.
