Built by the local municipality, it is a "dynamic" park designed to host both professional competitions and grassroots learning. It frequently serves as a key site for the Juegos Bonaerenses and various regional championships, drawing riders from all over the province.
The park features a modern "back-and-forth" street design that emphasizes speed and technical precision. The park is often surrounded by families and tourists, giving the sessions a "demo" atmosphere. It is also the home of the local municipal skate school, ensuring a constant flow of new energy.
