Trucks and Fins is a huge present to the whole skate community - not just for the skating people, but also for shops, builders and schools. Super easy to use and can't believe how complete it is.

The Cañadón Seco Skatepark, officially inaugurated as "La Pista de los Pibes," is a significant specialized sports venue located in the northern region of Santa Cruz, Argentina. Situated immediately adjacent to the Gimnasio Comunal (Polideportivo), this facility was born from a direct initiative by local youth and serves as a primary training ground for the region's skateboarders, BMX riders, and rollerskaters. The park is a point of local pride, having been recently renovated in 2025 to meet high standards for provincial competitions.
The facility covers approximately 500 square meters and is constructed with high-resistance concrete, finished with specialized exterior coatings to provide a grippy yet smooth surface. Because of its quality and its location next to the main community sports hub, it was chosen as a host site for the "Juegos Evita" provincial qualifiers, solidifying its status as a top-tier Patagonian skate destination.
Bus: The park is easily accessible for those traveling from nearby Caleta Olivia (just 15 km away) via the regional inter-urban bus services that stop near the Comisión de Fomento and the central plaza.
Car: Located in the heart of the small town, it is easily reached via Provincial Route 12. There is ample dedicated parking in the lot shared with the Gimnasio Comunal and on the surrounding streets.
Amenities: Being part of the main municipal sports and cultural complex, users have access to nearby public facilities, including lighting for evening sessions and nearby kiosks for water and snacks.
