The San Fernando Skatepark, officially part of the Parque de Deportes Extremos (Extreme Sports Park) of San Fernando, is widely regarded as one of the best public skateparks in Argentina. Located in the Victoria district at Av. Sobremonte 2531, it is a high-performance facility that serves as a benchmark for modern park design in the northern suburbs of Buenos Aires.
Opened as a premier destination for action sports, the San Fernando Skatepark is a professional-grade concrete facility that caters to skateboarding, BMX, and aggressive inline skating. It stands out for its massive scale and the precision of its construction, offering a layout that is equally suited for high-stakes competitions and everyday progression.
Note that the use of helmets, elbow pads, and knee pads is mandatory to enter the park. The park has excellent night lighting, making it a favorite for evening sessions. Be sure to check the seasonal schedule, as it is a municipal park and hours can vary (typically open Wednesday through Sunday).
