ABOUT SKATEPARK

Parco Carrà Skatepark

Parco Carrà Skatepark is a simple concrete street park with an enhanced funbox and a small half-pipe on one end. The Parco Carrà Skatepark is a central hub for urban sports in Alessandria. Recently upgraded in 2025, the area now features improved safety fencing and new structures specifically designed for skateboarding and rollerblading.

How to Get There

By Car: The park is located in the northern part of the city, near the Stadio Giuseppe Moccagatta and the University of Eastern Piedmont. There is a large parking area along Viale Teresa Michel and street parking on Via Luciano Scassi. It is usually easy to find a spot except during major stadium events.

Train: Arrive at Alessandria Railway Station.

Bus: From the station, you can take local AMAG buses: Line AC or Line 2 typically stop near the University or the stadium, which are just a 5-minute walk from the skatepark.

Walking: It is a roughly 20–25 minute walk from the station (approx. 2 km). Head northeast through the city center towards the university district.

On Foot or Bike: The park is well-connected to the city’s bike lanes. If you are near the center or the university, cycling is the fastest way to reach it.
