Palau-solità i Plegamans Skatepark is a concrete skatepark of approximately 785 m², located between Carrer de la Indústria and Carrer de Maria Aurèlia Capmany, near Carrer del Ter in Palau-solità i Plegamans, Barcelona. The park was designed and built by SpokoRamps as a replacement for the town's older, obsolete skatepark. The project emerged from a participatory process with local young people, who helped determine the elements and layout of the new facility. The architectural project was developed by Argamassa, with SpokoRamps commissioned as the client and responsible for the skatepark construction.
The design uses the site's natural relationship with the surrounding green space and consists of three different levels, connected by groups of ramps and large skateable elements at either end. The park was constructed entirely in concreteand is suitable for skateboarding, BMX, rollerblading and scooters. Construction began in January 2019, and the new skatepark was officially opened for public use on 8 March 2019.
