Located within the Complexo Desportivo Municipal in Nazaré, this compact concrete skatepark is strongly influenced by the town's connection with the sea. The layout combines quarterpipes, banks, a spine, a delta, ledges and other street obstacles, with the distinctive wave-inspired concrete feature giving the park its own character. Its compact size creates several lines despite the relatively small footprint.
The original skatepark was developed after local skaters campaigned for a dedicated facility and was built in the late 2000s, with Fabrigino ramps selected for the original setup. The exact construction year and original contractor have not been established.
The park was subsequently renovated and extensively redesigned by Wasteland Skateparks in 2014. Working with the existing site and a limited budget, Wasteland adapted the old facility with new concrete features and handmade transitions, including a distinctive wave-inspired element influenced by Nazaré's surfing culture and the traditional arte xávega fishing heritage of the area.
