Trucks and Fins is a huge present to the whole skate community - not just for the skating people, but also for shops, builders and schools. Super easy to use and can't believe how complete it is.

123 Avenue de Grammont, 34000 Montpellier, France.
Montpellier's Ronan Pointeau Skatepark is one of Europe's largest urban action-sports facilities, located at Grammont in Montpellier, southern France. The current complex opened in 2023, replacing and dramatically expanding the historic Grammont skatepark that had existed since 1992. The project was commissioned by the Ville de Montpellier and designed by a multidisciplinary team led by Constructo Skatepark Architecture and Fest Architecture, with ESKIS Paysage responsible for the landscape design and Ingérop for engineering. Skatepark construction involved Vulcano Skateparks, Constructo, Airline Skateparks and InOut Concept.
Covering approximately 9,000 m² of riding surfaces within an 18,700 m² site, the complex brings together almost every major urban wheeled-sports discipline. It includes a large concrete bowl, streetpark, modular skatepark, pumptrack, international BMX freestyle park and dedicated BMX tricks-learning area.
The 985 m² bowl provides extensive transition terrain, while the streetpark offers a separate environment for technical street skating. The BMX facilities were designed to international competition standards and the site became a French high-performance training centre for BMX freestyle and skateboard disciplines.
The project goes beyond the riding surfaces themselves. A central plaza, changing rooms, association spaces, BMX workshop and elevated viewing terrace create a meeting place for Montpellier's urban sports community. Skateable pathways and landscaped areas connect the different zones throughout the site.
Built as a successor to one of France's historic concrete skateboarding spots, the Ronan Pointeau Skatepark represents a major transformation of the Grammont site into a modern international centre for skateboarding, BMX, roller and scooter riding.
