ABOUT SKATEPARK

Mile End Skatepark

Mile End Skatepark is a concrete skatepark on St Paul’s Way in Mile End, East London. The current park was unveiled in June 2011 by Gravity Skateparks, and has become an established part of the East London skate scene. The park has a strongly street-oriented layout, with a spacious plaza-style section containing a variety of ledges, banks and other obstacles, combined with a rapid bowl/transition section. The combination of street and transition terrain gives riders several different lines through the park.

Located close to the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and other major East London skate spots, Mile End has developed into an important local meeting point for skateboarders. The park has also featured in skate filming and local skate culture, including appearances in London skate videos.
