Trucks and Fins is a huge present to the whole skate community - not just for the skating people, but also for shops, builders and schools. Super easy to use and can't believe how complete it is.

7001 Eldorado Parkway, McKinney, Texas 75070, United States of America
The McKinney Skatepark (Cottonwood Skatepark), located at 7001 Eldorado Parkway within Gabe Nesbitt Park, is a 30,000-square-foot flagship facility and one of the most progressive youth developments in the United States. This world-class park was designed by New Line Skateparks and built by SPA Skateparks in 2011. The project was the result of a six-month collaborative process involving local youth and community members, aiming to create a "Unique by Nature" landscape that serves as a regional destination for all ages and skill levels.
The park is recognized for its massive scale and diverse terrain, which is intelligently divided into several high-performance zones. It features a deep, professional-grade pool bowl with authentic pool coping alongside a sprawling flow bowl designed for rhythmic carving. The street plaza is equally expansive, mimicking urban architecture with granite-capped ledges, technical stair sets, and precision rails. A signature element of the McKinney design is the "ditch-inspired" terrain, which utilizes banked walls and concrete channels to pay homage to Texas’s historical DIY skate culture while providing endless lines for "all-wheel" users.
As the specialized builder, SPA Skateparks utilized expert concrete craftsmanship and high-durability materials to ensure the facility could withstand the intense Texas heat and heavy daily usage. The park is fully integrated into the broader Gabe Nesbitt Park complex, featuring professional-grade lighting for evening sessions, significant integrated seating for spectators, and shaded rest areas. Today, the McKinney Skatepark remains a premier venue for major competitions and a daily hub for the North Texas action sports community, celebrated for its high-end finish and intuitive, inclusive design.
