ABOUT SKATEPARK

Lowestoft skatepark

Lowestoft Skatepark, also known as Park East Skatepark, is a large all-concrete skatepark in Normanston Park, Lowestoft. The park combines a substantial street section with a large flowing bowl and transition area, offering a good variety of terrain for different riding styles. The street section includes banks, stairs, hubbas, rails, a Euro gap, driveway and jump box, while the transition area features a large roll-over, roll-in and a double bowl with sections of different depths, extensions and metal coping.

The skatepark was designed and built by Bendcrete Skateparks and completed in 2009. Bendcrete describes it as one of its early sprayed-concrete skateparks, while independent project documentation confirms that Bendcrete completed the construction in autumn 2009 using its spray-applied concrete system.
