Located at Oude Pastorijstraat, 8510 Kortrijk, the Kooigem Skatepark is a unique "concrete bike-park" hybrid. Built in the spring of 2019 by the Dutch masters Concrete Matters (the same team responsible for the Albertpark renovation), this spot was designed to be a "hip and challenging" space that prioritizes air-time and flow. It is a standout example of a budget-friendly urban park that doesn't compromise on quality or creativity.
Because it is located in a smaller borough, the community is tight-knit, and the park rarely feels as crowded as the city-center facilities.
