ABOUT SKATEPARK

Kingsville skatepark

Kingsville’s first public skatepark is proudly located on Kleberg Avenue, nestled between Brookshire Pool and A.D. Harvey Elementary School, and just steps away from both the Kleberg County Sheriff’s Office and Kingsville Police Department. Situated 40 miles south of Corpus Christi, Kingsville is home to the historic King Ranch and Texas A&M University–Kingsville, which serves approximately 13,000 students. The skatepark features over 6,500 square feet of cast-in-place concrete terrain, thoughtfully designed to accommodate all ages and skill levels. Its inclusive layout and central location have made it an instant destination for skaters, bikers, and scooter riders across South Texas.

The grand opening on October 20, 2017, was a well-earned celebration, honoring the community members and leaders who helped bring the project to life while spotlighting the passion and dedication of the local action sports scene. The park was designed and built by SPA Skateparks, adding another high-quality facility to their growing list of Texas skatepark success stories.
