Katwijk skatepark

Katwijk Skatepark, also known as Skatepark Noordduinen, is a large concrete skatepark next to the dunes in Katwijk aan Zee. The original skatepark was built in 2008 and became increasingly outdated, leading the municipality and local users to develop plans for a new Urban Sports Park. The old facility was demolished in 2023, and the new park was completed in 2024.

The new park was designed and built by SkateOn and features two distinct sections: a large, deep bowl designed with BMX and advanced transition skating in mind, and a street section with a variety of ledges, banks, rails and other technical obstacles for beginners and experienced riders.

The new Katwijk park opened in 2024 and quickly gained attention for its large bowl and extensive street section, making it one of the standout new skateparks in the Netherlands.

Trucks and Fins is a huge present to the whole skate community - not just for the skating people, but also for shops, builders and schools. Super easy to use and can't believe how complete it is.
