The Eaton Skatepark is located at S Park Avenue, Norwich NR4 7AY, United Kingdom (situated within Eaton Park). Delivered by Norwich City Council as part of a city-wide wheeled-sports enhancement initiative, the new concrete plaza extension was designed and built by specialist firm Betongpark, replacing an older prefabricated steel setup. Construction began in early 2026.
The street-focused concrete plaza extension is integrated into the existing park footprint to support straight back-and-forth lines as well as diagonal transfers. Key design features include a T-block manual pad and ledge combo, a long straight ledge, an out-ledge at the level change, progressive-height quarter pipes, and generously spaced flat ground for BMX, skateboards, scooters, and adaptive users.
Set within the historic 80-acre Eaton Park, the area features Grade II* listed heritage amenities including a central rotunda pavilion with a café, formal rose gardens, tennis courts, a miniature railway, and a model boating pond. Located just west of Norwich City Centre, the park offers paved perimeter avenues for flat-ground cruising with easy connections toward the University of East Anglia (UEA) campus and its surrounding broads.
