The Pumptrack Castro Urdiales is located at Avenida de España, 7, 39700 Castro Urdiales, Cantabria, Spain(situated in the Ostende area, near the municipal sports center). Commissioned by the Ayuntamiento de Castro-Urdiales(Maître d'ouvrage) to provide a modern urban sports track for local youth and visitors, the facility was designed and built in 2019 by Basque specialist builder PoolSport Soluciones (Zuinbike Parks by PoolSport).
Just a short roll down from the track lies Playa de Ostende, a expansive beach featuring a paved promenade that offers scenic coastal cruising into the heart of town. Dominating the harbor skyline is the medieval complex of Santa María de la Asunción and the Castle-Lighthouse of Santa Ana, where a stone bridge connects the cliffside fortress over ocean waves, providing one of the most striking coastal backdrops in Northern Spain.
Fun track to cruise around a bit. They could built a skatepark next to the pump-track to have something else to do. The space is there.
